N.C. Wildlife officials have identified 40-year-old Joshua Craig Scribben as the kayaker who drowned on Lake Norman, North Carolina. The kayak was found empty shortly before searchers recovered his body. The incident was first reported at approximately 2:24 p.m. and is currently under investigation.
