Bally’s Corp. is moving towards the first phase of their mixed-use project surrounding the Athletics’ $2 billion Las Vegas Strip ballpark. The $1.19 billion project, which includes retail, entertainment and dining facilities, a hotel and casino, a theater, a parking garage and a utility plant, has been recommended for approval by the Paradise Town Advisory Board. The first phase will construct a parking gar on the southeast corner of the 35-acre site and a three-level plaza that will feature retail, dining and entertainment. Future phases will include the construction of a 2,500-seat theater, an underground parking garage, and surface-level parking on the northeast corner. The project remains on time and on budget for an estimated 2020.
