The 2026 UCF football team is being introduced as No. 47 on SI's countdown to kickoff. This series includes a look at all the players on the UCF roster, including UCF linebacker Arthur Kingdom and tight end Sam Powell. Kingdom, originally from Leicestershire, England, started playing football while attending the Viewpoint School in California. He has previously played for professional teams in Europe, including the Great Britain national team, the Manchester Titans, and the German Football League's Potsdam Royals. Despite not having played a single official football game for over a year, Kingdom does have an experience that only one other member of the team has: experience as a professional athlete. If he is classified as a senior, that would make five linebackers on the Knights' roster on their eligibility.
