A 26-year-old woman was arrested for driving 106 mph on a Palm Bay road while under the influence, according to the Palm Bay Police Department. The vehicle suddenly stopped in the middle of the road and Vivian Goldsborough was seen exiting the vehicle and engaging into an altercation with the passenger. The arrest report stated that Goldsb was highly emotional and her breath smelled like alcohol, and her eyes were glassy and bloodshot. She is now facing charges of DUI, excessive speeding and resisting an officer without violence.
