Nadia M. Horn, a 22-year-old special education teacher at Eau Claire's North High School, has been arrested following an investigation into an alleged inappropriate relationship with a student. The investigation was initiated by the school resource officer at the school and led to Horn's arrest. The police have identified multiple victims through the investigation.
