A majority of likely Republican voters, including 51% of Republicans, believe Israel has too much influence over U.S. foreign policy following the Iran War, according to a national survey by the Democracy Institute. The survey also found that 63% of all voters, excluding 74% of Democrats, agreed that Israel had too many influence over American foreign policy. The poll came just over a month after the US and Israel jointly launched strikes on Iran, killing Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and several officials of the Islamist regime.
