Unilever (ULV.L) is in talks to sell its foods business to rival McCormick & Company, a potential deal that would unite the Hellmann's and Knorr brands with the U.S. spice company's Cholula hot sauce. This comes after Unilever spun-off its Magnum Ice Cream Company (ISP) division in an effort to focus on its personal care and beauty businesses.
