GQ magazine has published an interview with Grammy-winning rapper Jay-Z about his career and life in the spotlight, including his controversial lawsuit against fellow rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs. The woman, identified as Jane Doe, had accused Jay Z of drugging and raping an underage girl in a lawsuit filed against Diddy, alleging that the two rappers drugged and raped her at an after-party following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards when she was 13 years old. Despite her allegations, Jay-z, who had previously denied the allegations, countersued the woman and her attorney in a March 2025 lawsuit. He also commented on Kendrick Lamar's 2025 performance and the ongoing feud between Drake and Kendrick Lamar. He expressed his appreciation for the influence of rap feuds in hip-hop culture, but also expressed concern over the rise of social media influence.
