Investigation Discovery is launching a two-parter called Boy Band Confidential, which will explore the boy band boom of the 1990s. The docuseries, produced by NSYNC member Joey Fatone, will cover the industry's transformation of young performers into marketable commodities and expose stories of abuse, addiction, and financial manipulation. The show premieres on April 13 and will be followed by the second season of Hollywood Demons. It will feature interviews with various artists including Lance Bass, AJ McLean, Nick Lachey of 98 Degrees, Wanya Morris and Shawn Stockman of Boyz II Men, Ashley Parker Angel of O-Town and Brad Fischetti of LFO.
