Orlando Bloom, the "Lord of the Rings" star, is seeking to sell his Malibu home for $12 million due to his absence from living there for several years. The four-bedroom home he purchased with his then-wife, Miranda Kerr, in 2011 for $2.5 million. However, Bloom has since moved to a new home and is reluctant to sell the property. The home was renovated in the 1970s and underwent extensive renovations, including creating a more open plan living and kitchen area and adding a pool outside overlooking the Pacific.
