Wolfgang Puck's restaurant in Beverly Wilshire offers The First Cut three-course menu between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. from Tuesday to Thursday. The first time the First Cut is offered, with a $95 per person early evening experience featuring a butter lettuce salad, a choice of steak or fish, and a shared side and dessert. The José Andrés Group’s Mediterranean restaurant has opened a new location in Los Angeles.
