David Zaslav Set For $886 Million In Payments & Benefits From WBD-Paramount Merger

Warner Bros. Discovery CEO, David Zaslav, is set to receive $886.8 million in payments and benefits from the company's planned sale to Paramount Skydance. The payout is based on the $31 a share cash deal and the severance agreement included in Zaslam's current employment contract. The total is composed of $34.2 million in a cash severance payment, equity valued at $517.2m, perquisite perquisition, percheche, and tax reimbursement. The actual amounts may differ depending on multiple assumptions.
