She has since invited customers to use Staples to create direct mail campaigns, renew passports or emblazon a photo of their choice onto a mug. Her videos have been viewed positively by fans and publications. Despite some signs of dissatisfaction with some Staples employees, Rowland remains committed to the brand. She recently landed a deal with Lyft and has aspirations of being a high fashion model.
