The city of Medina, Ohio, plans to increase some rates for Memorial Pool this summer to help bridge the gap between revenues and expenses. The daily individual rate will increase from $8 to $10, the individual season pass will increase to $125, the family season pass for up to five members will increase, and the daily pass punch card will increase. Parks and Recreation Director Jansen Wehrley hopes these increased rates will offset the expense of lifeguards.
