‘Shark Tank’ sensation Cousins Maine Lobster rolls into Albuquerque during statewide food truck tour

Cousins Maine Lobster, a national seafood franchise known for its lobster rolls, is making its way through New Mexico as part of an ongoing food truck tour. The fast-casual seafood chain will be in Albuquerque on Thursday and Friday. The company, which is headquartered in California and operates in over 30 states, is known for sourcing its lobsters directly from Maine. The tour aims to introduce Cousins Maine to new markets, build connections and evaluate growth opportunities. The food truck began its journey in Clovis on May 5 and has since made its way across several locations.
