Zachary Dickinson, a Warren County man, has been sentenced to eight to 12 years in prison for sexually assaulting a 79-year-old woman. The victim was able to identify Dickinson's vehicle through the use of Flock cameras. The Flog Safety spokesperson said the cameras can capture clear images of license plates and compare them to different state and national databases to determine if they are known to be wanted.
