A trial for Allen Oscar Woods for the murder of his ex-wife, Tiffany (Weston) Woods, was rescheduled after a relative of the victim tried to charge the defendant. The family was asked to leave court after witnessing a fist-bump between Woods and a bailiff, which they believe was preferential treatment. The judge intervened to prevent a confrontation, and the victim's brother, Kevin Weston, later apologized for his actions. The case is set to be heard at a status hearing on April 22. Court records show that Woods received probation in 2023 in a pair of stalking cases following their 2021 divorce.
