Jones, who was the Yankees' first-round pick (25th overall) in the 2022 MLB Draft, plans to continue working with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre and is aiming to make his stay as short as possible as he prepares for a Major League debut. Jones was the subject of several notable spring games, including a fourth spring homer. He believes he has made great impressions and is looking to make a good impression in camp. However, he acknowledges that there are still improvements to his game and acknowledges that it's not all out of control for young players.
