Regulators rule on cause of two fatal crashes using Ford's BlueCruise

The National Transportation Safety Board has ruled that two drivers' overreliance on the BlueCruise hands-free automated driving system contributed to three fatal incidents. The board also found that automated driving systems need more regulation and oversight. The decision was made during a public meeting on March 31.
