Cleveland barricade suspect surrenders after 9-hour standoff on East Side

A 45-year-old Cleveland man has been arrested after he barricaded himself into a home and fired shots at police. The incident occurred in the North Broadway neighborhood after a woman reported an assault. Police set up a perimeter and evacuated several streets. The suspect surrendered after a nine-hour standoff.
