A man from East Bend, North Carolina, Joseph Allen Windfelder, has been sentenced to a lengthy prison sentence for child sex crimes. The 40-year-old was initially charged with first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, third-degree sex exploitation, indecent liberties with a minor and a statutory sexual offense with a child by an adult. He was sentenced to between 455 and 600 months in prison.
