Newly opened Black Kettle BBQ in Parma, Ohio, has opened its doors to a brick-and-mortar location. The restaurant, formerly known as Ghost Kitchen Eatz, offers smoked meat, fresh sides, smoked macaroni and cheese, and beef-tallow fries. The owner, Rick Michalski, has been a professional chef since his 20s and decades-long culinary journey. He attributes his meat to a specific breed of Superior Black Angus, which he says is his preferred breed of beef. The response to the opening of Black Kaiden has been overwhelming, with Michalsk describing it as an "overwhelming" response so far.
