Far-right activist and high-ranking FEMA official, Gregg Phillips, has been accused of teleporting himself into ditches or even into a Waffle House. Phillips, director of the Office of Response and Recovery, has described being teleported against his will as "evil," describing it as an "incredible adventure" that he describes as an adventure. He also claimed that he was transported to a Waffles House 50 miles away without experiencing the passage of time. However, FEMA denied these claims were taken out of context and were made in context of personal discussions about his current role. Phillips has a long history of violent rhetoric and alleged abuse of office, including a history of voter fraud and a partnership with the Texas-based conspiratorial election group True The Vote. He is set to testify before Congress next week after a disastrous performance by DHS Secretary Noem Noem following a slow-walking aid funds and additional resources affected areas affected by natural disasters.
