A recent arctic cold and a wintry mix of snow, rain and freezing rain is forecast across Massachusetts, paving the way for a potentially spring-like warmup. Monday will see low temperatures near zero and afternoon highs only in the 20s, with a strong northwest wind making it feel like it was in the teens. A mix of rain and snow will move in late Tuesday morning, with the highest amounts expected to be north and west of Route 495. The weather will be unsettled throughout the week, with temperatures expected to reach the 40s on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
