The southern arm of The Cobb, a beach in Lyme Regis, is being repaired following storms that have eroded the beach. The work will be completed by the end of the day, with the beach expected to reopen on 25 March. While the work is being done, access to the area will be restricted. The council is hopeful that the worst weather is behind them and that some beach reprofishing may be required.
