Suka Sushi, a New York restaurant, has become the latest viral food trend with push-up sushi rolls. The restaurant sells sushi rolls inside a cardboard tube that are pushed up to eat, and there are eight types of sushi rolls available for $16.95 each. The process involves removing a thin plastic tube from a thick opaque tube containing soy sauce from the bottom and transferring the contents onto the rolls. However, the difficulty of this task requires manual dexterity and a willingness to navigate the busy street without relying on seats. Co-owner Ben Rozenshteyn, a former class-action litigator, founded the restaurant with three friends with "screwes loose".
