Dangerous travel, lots of cleanup on day two of winter storm

The second day of a historic snowstorm in Northeast Wisconsin led to dangerous travel and significant cleanup. The Outagamie County sheriff's department reported responding to 165 stranded driver calls within an 11-hour period. The conditions in Marinette County became so bad that the Highway Department had to pull their drivers off the roads. All over Northeast Wisconsin, people continued to dig out of the storm. Some believe this is the last winter's dirty trick and that spring is on the rise.
