Pakistan has announced it will host "meaningful talks" between the United States and Iran, despite accusations of a ground attack. The announcement was made following talks with foreign ministers from Turkey, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. Pakistan's Foreign Minister, Ishaq Dar, stated that the country would be "honored" to host these discussions. Meanwhile, Iran's parliament speaker, Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, accused the United State of indicating openness to potential negotiations and planning to deploy troops.
