Newport News announces Memorial Day Weekend festival lineup, including Chance The Rapper, CeeLo Green and more

Newport News has announced a lineup for a city-backed festival, named Noodle – The Thinkers Convention, featuring pop, hip-hop, and business leaders. The event was approved by the city council for $3.03 million in December and is set to take place on Memorial Day Weekend. The festival will be hosted by Daymond John, FUBU founder and investor on ABC's "Shark Tank," Megan Henshall, and other prominent figures from Google.
