One dead as 4-alarm fire tears through Bronx apartment building

A massive fire has destroyed a Bronx apartment building, killing one person and injuring up to eight others. The blaze began around 1:30 p.m. and quickly spread to multiple floors. Over 200 firefighters, technicians, and paramedics were dispatched to the scene. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
