Movie star recalls being ‘so broke’ co-star Matthew McConaughey had to pay for her $20 valet

Judy Greer, a movie star who starred alongside Matthew McConaughey in the 2001 film "Wedding Planner," recalled being "so broke" that her co-star had to pay for her $20 valet bill during a table read at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City before the film was released. She asked for financial assistance from McConaghey, who overheard her request and gave her the money. Greer also expressed admiration for his performance in the film and expressed her desire to see a reboot of the classic film "as long as I get to be in it."
