Former Kaiser Vallejo Medical Center employee, Randoilph Tebio VillaCrusis, has been charged with felony eavesdropping and multiple misdemeanor charges of using a concealed cell phone to secretly photograph or record employees in a bathroom. The charges involve at least 35 victims. Six employees have filed civil lawsuits against Kaiser, alleging harassment, failure to investigate, prevent harassment, and invasion of privacy. The lawsuits also claim that Kaiser deliberately played down the situation and failed to notify police when they learned of the violations. The company has acknowledged the situation, stating it was not involving patients and that most of the victims have already been identified and contacted by the Valleho Police Department.
