Microsoft is bringing back the ability to move the Windows taskbar to the top or sides of your screen in response to criticism about the operating system's performance, reliability, and user experience. The change will be available to Windows Insiders and will be rolled out to all Windows 11 users later this year. The move is part of a larger effort by Microsoft to bring back most of the good parts of the Windows 10 taskbar.
