Warren man pleads no contest in alleged terrorist threats against police, judge

A man, Andrew Roberts, has pleaded no contest to charges related to alleged threats against a Warren police officer, the Warren Police Department, and a Warren district court judge. The threats were allegedly made via a police scanner website and were sent to specific individuals, including District Judge Suzanne Faunce. On Nov. 6, 2025, Roberts was charged with false report or threat of terrorism and using a computer to commit a crime. He was also charged as a habitual offender, and as part of a plea deal, he resolved three other cases pending against him.
