OpenAI (OpenAI) has reportedly accused Elon Musk and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg of coordinating "attacks" against OpenAI CEO Sam Altman. The accusation comes in response to a recent New Yorker story alleging Altman's lying and "sociopath behavior". The letter also accuses Musk and Zuckerberg of colluding to dig up incriminating information on Altman, another major OpenAI competitor. It is asking the attorneys general of California and Delaware to investigate these alleged attacks, which could potentially inhibit OpenAI's ability to develop artificial general intelligence (athe). The letter was reviewed by the Sacramento Bee and CNBC.
