The main lobby of the Medina Community Recreation Center is set to undergo a facelift this summer, with a purchase order of $225,000 from the rec center's revenue raised over the past year. The renovations will include the addition of replaceable carpet squares and the remodeling of the front desk area to improve traffic. The majority of the work will take place during the rec centre's annual shutdown, usually the same week as the Medina County Fair.
