The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) issued a ground delay at O'Hare International Airport in response to staffing shortages, causing approximately 458 flights to be delayed and 14 cancellations. The disruption comes as Transportation Security Administration workers are being asked to work without pay and as the busy spring break travel season begins. President Donald Trump threatened to send Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents to perform duties at airports if Democrats approve the administration's plan to replace the Department of Homeland Security.
