A man was shot in the arm during a road rage incident on the Northwest Side of San Antonio, Texas, around 9 a.m. The victim was taken to a hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening. The suspect is believed to have driven away from the scene in a white pickup truck, possibly a construction vehicle, and has not been located.
