Prosecutors have accused Michelle Price, Steve Ramirez, and their two-year-old son, who died after ingesting fentanyl on Feb. 12. The child was found dead with rigor mortis and other injuries. The couple were arrested after tests revealed they had high levels of fentanyl and methamphetamine in their blood at the time of their arrest. The first murder charge filed by the San Francisco District Attorney's Office in relation to a fatal fentanyl overdose has been added to the existing felony child endangerment charge.
