Nessel, Romulus sue Homeland Security agency to block immigration jail

The state of Michigan and the city of Norwich have filed a federal lawsuit to prevent the Department of Homeland Security from using a warehouse as a detention center for 500 immigrants. The lawsuit argues that the warehouse is unsuitable for such a location due to concerns about traffic, flooding, and proximity to several residential areas.
