Singer-actor Josh Groban's new album, Cinematic, is out on May 8. The album is a tribute to movie music, covering classic songs like "As Time Goes By," "Moon River" and "Can You Feel the Love Tonight." This marks Groban’s first new material since his role in the 2023 revival of Sweeney Todd. The project was produced by two-time Grammy Award-winner Greg Wells and recorded largely with an orchestra across Los Angeles, New York and London. While the album is largely covers, Groban calls it an "emotionally personal" album. He also credits his introduction of the arts to his father's musicality.
