David Zaslav, the president and CEO of Warner Bros. Discovery, is set to receive an estimated $887 million in compensation related to the merger between Paramount Skydance and WBD. The compensation, also referred to as "golden parachute" compensation, includes $34.2 million in cash severance, $517.6 million in equity in the combined company, $335.4 million in tax reimbursements, and $115.9 million in continued health coverage reimbursement benefits.
