Barnes County officials to announce charge in 1981 Valley City cold case

The announcement of a formal charge has been made for the 1981 cold case in which the suspect is believed to be related to the case. The press conference will be held at 10 a.m. with the help of Attorney General Drew H. Wrigley, Assistant Attorney General Jessica Zaleski, and other law enforcement personnel.
