NSYMCA Announces their Community Strong Fundraising Events to Help Families in Need

The National Association of the YMCA (NSYMCA) has announced its Community Strong Fundraising Events, which provide vital funding to ensure programs are accessible to individuals and families facing financial hardship. The first live music concert, hosted by Chicago's South of 80, will celebrate the 20th anniversary of Community Strong. The event will also feature a special tribute to the Ken and Alta Thiel Award for Social Responsibility and Leadership. The 6th Annual Golf Outing will take place on July 16 at Chevy Chase Country Club and will raise over $58,000 for YMca programs. The concerts will feature live music, an open bar, heavy hors d’oeuvres, a chocolate bar raffle, and a luxury auction with more than 250 packages.
