Here are the secrets to meaningful work

Arthur C. Brooks, a social scientist, Harvard professor, and author of "The Meaning of Your Life," has shared his secrets to boosting happiness and satisfaction at work. According to data from the Pew Research Center, half of workers are very or extremely satisfied at work, while only 38% are somewhat satisfied. Brooks believes that happiness is a combination of enjoyment, purpose, and satisfaction. He suggests that when you have a lot, your wants increase even more. Instead of having a bucket list, have a "reverse bucket list" to renounce your cravings to those things. He also suggests that a balanced perspective on faith, family, friends and work could ultimately bring steady and stable satisfaction.
