BFC Partners doubling floor space in move to Manhattan’s 17 State St.

BFC Partners, a pioneering affordable housing development company, is expanding its space in Manhattan to 14,000 square feet at RFR's 17 State St. The move is seen as an important milestone for BFC and represents the growth of its team and services. BFC has created and preserved over 15,000 affordable apartments in all five boroughs and expanded to Buffalo and Syracuse. Additionally, a Sri Lankan/South Indian restaurant with Michelin "bib gourmand" honors is moving from Manhattan to Queens.
