Kia's new entry-level electric SUV, the EV2, can park itself without the need for the driver. The vehicle is available for purchase in Germany starting at €26,600 ($30,500). It features two battery packs: 42.2 kWh or 61 kWh, with WLTP ranges up to 317 km (197 miles) and 453 km (281 miles) respectively. The EV2 also features a new "Light" version of Kia’s triple-screen ccNC infotainment system, but lacks built-in navigation. Kia is offering leases for the vehicle as low as €239 ($275) a month in Germany. The standard-range (42.5) battery variant is now in production at Kia's Žilina, Slovakia, facility and the sporty GT-Line version will arrive in June 2026.
