SF Giants’ Jung Hoo Lee ‘banged up’ quad in win over Dodgers

The San Francisco Giants won 3-1 over the Dodgers in a game, with the outfielder Jung Hoo Lee suffering from a quad injury. The decision to send Lee home from first base may have cost the team more than just a run in the sixth inning of the game. Despite being out several feet, Lee was able to hobble to the dugout and finished the night 2 for 3 with an RBI. Manager Tony Vitello expects Lee to play against the Dodgers on Wednesday. He also defended third base coach Hector Borg's aggressive baserunning during an inning where rain briefly poured over the park.
