Samsung Calls the B-Series Soundbar Great for Beginners—But There’s a Catch

Samsung's B-Series Soundbar and Rear Speakers With Subwoofer was a popular entry-level upgrade to its 4.1-channel soundbar, a separate subwoofer, two rear speakers, and a control unit for $200. However, the system comes with limitations on speaker placement and wireless capabilities. The soundbar was advertised as "wireless," but the rear speakers still have to be wired to the control unit, which isn't exactly what I was hoping for. The difference in sound was immediate, with movies and TV shows feeling fuller and more immersive, with better separation between dialogue, music, and background noise. The system also incorporates Voice Enhance feature, which adjusts the equalizer to make dialogue crisper and easier to follow, and Game Mode, which syncs audio closely with on-screen action, making gameplay feel more responsive.
