Darren Acton and Russell Dodd have led Nuneaton Town to their second consecutive promotion success, taking over from each other at the club. Acton was the shyest and the talkative one, while Dodd was outgoing. Both men attended college together and have been together throughout their careers. Actan played nearly 350 times for Nuneat and Dodd played in the club's various incarnations. Both have managerial experience with 10 lower divisions, including a player-boss role at Bromsgrove Rovers. The pair decided to build a team based on their knowledge of the project.
